Consequently, he would ask his servants to bring him slices of meat between two slices of bread; a habit well known among his gambling friends. Because John Montagu was the Earl of Sandwich others began to order "the same as Sandwich!" - the ‘sandwich’ was born.

Die Sandwichs waren sehr gut und lecker 😋 😋😋, werde auf jeden Fall nochmals bestellen Die Fritten sahen sehr lecker aus, ausser dass sie fast kalt waren 😪
Salads are always great, good quality and quantity (i.e. not only salad but also lot of chicken and nuts for examples) for a correct price for Lux.

Good burgers with fresh ingrediants,only the meat paddys were not fully cooked inside Sandwitches are good
Burgers were great but wouldn’t bother to order the fries, they were cold and soggy. We had a few requests regarding the burger and they were all respected and accepted, great job.

I heard from a lot of friends that Charles’ Sandwiches are amazing so I gave them a go for the first time. Personally, I thought that the sandwich was pretty overwhelming because the ketchup taste was too intense and it was just too much in it (I had the Philly beef one). But I will definitely taste other sandwiches, as I can’t assume that this restaurant is bad after only 1 sandwich :)
