HI, the pizza Margarita from Cloud factory was inacceptable : it was watery, acidic and with a raw dough. The topping was a pink pulp mixture, neither tomato sauce nor cheese were identifiable. The pizza delivered had no resemblance whatsoever with the pizza Margarita advertised on the foto of Cloud factory’s menu. Immediately we contacted the mobile number of the Cloud factory provided to send it back, but only the messenger box is reachable. We took a photo of proof and threw it away. The quality of the piazza stands in extreme contrast to the advertisement of this restaurant and its displayed excellent ratings and past awards which are deceiving. This is a very disappointing experience, which we will share with our communities. Yours, Louis Mulder
