Fischer - Kirchberg

Bravo et Merci à l'équipe Fischer et aux livreurs Wedely. Je me suis encore régalé, et mes flaguettes étaient toujours bien chaudes, celles d'aujourd'hui comme si elles venaient de sortir du toaster! D'autres commandes passées pour des sandwiches froids et là rien à dire niveau qualité, le pain croustille, c'est bon, bien assaisonné. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour une livraison à domicile et un gain de temps substantiel dans mon cas!

Fast delivery. I love their Paté au Riesling. I had ordered 2 PP Körnli Parisien. They used 2 pieces of baguette instead of PP Körnli. Next time, at least let me know you don't have any PP Körnli anymore for the day :)

Made an order online and paid for it at 11 in the morning, only to be called some minutes later and told that they do not have the variety of bread I ordered. It's a bakery that can't provide me with the bread I ordered? Seriously? Then, instead of offering a refund or preparing the food I ordered and telling me there will be a delay, they basically forced me into accepting an order I did not make. Let me also note that in addition to the delivery cost of approximately 4.5€ and 45 min waiting time, all their products are 10-20% more expensive when ordering online. I wonder what the rationale behind it is? They actually have less work with it, not more. Very disappointed with the entire experience, also with Wedely's response.
