Flux Bour

Very disappointing experience. Our order from Fluxburger in Bour (order YMLBEQ, €52.32) was already delayed. When it finally arrived, the fries were completely missing. We contacted the restaurant, who told us to contact Wedely. We then spent around 30 minutes trying to resolve the problem through the Wedely chatbot. We were told that a driver from Mersch would collect the missing fries from the restaurant. By then, the burgers were already cold. We explained this to the chatbot, but it eventually stopped responding. After waiting approximately another hour, the missing fries finally arrived — **ice cold**. So we paid €52.32 for a delayed and incomplete meal, and by the time everything had arrived, **the entire meal was cold and our dinner was ruined**. To make matters worse, when we tried to submit a formal complaint through Wedely's contact form, it simply displayed: “It’s impossible to send the request.” Not an acceptable experience when paying €52.32 for a food delivery.
