The food looks and tastes great. However, I ordered chicken as an extra to my warm bowl and didn’t get it even though they charged me extra for it. Please pay more attention to order details next time!

I hope that you appreciate me telling you this because for the price you charge your dishes, everything should be impeccable. I order from happ regularly and find their dishes delicious and nutritious so I’m not unhappy with my order but today I was sent the usual salad instead of the dish of the day.
