Not recommended - Doesn’t even deserve a single star. Order at 12pm- delivery scheduled at 1pm. At 12:52 the order is sent to the courrier At 13:20 I call the restaurant and I’m explained that the courrier is on its way will be there in 5 min and that the timing mentioned on the website is not accurate. The courrier tells me that Wedely updates the status automatically and that she will be there in 5 min. At 13:22 The status is marked as delivered At 13:52 (one hour after Wedely alert and 30 min after my call with the courrier) , the courrier is unreachable (I’ve tried several times - these 5 mins are quite long) - still haven’t received my order which cost me more that 40€. This restaurant used to be good but it’s clear to me that I’ll never ever order food from this place again - trust is key - when the client is being lied - that’s a sign that there is something wrong with this business.
Plus d’ 1h15, entre l’acceptation de la commande et la livraison. Tout était soit froid ou à peine tiède. Généralement c’est bon, mais pas cette fois-ci !
Ordering at 16:15 for delivery at 18:10. Accepted by the restaurant at 16:20. At 19:00 still not there, unfortunately the kids had to go by then. Delivery woman wasn‘t very nice and sad it was wedelys fault and so on. Unfortunately the last time we ordered at their place! Best regards
